How Long Does the Battery Last?

The rechargeable battery Standard Pro can power your SONNET 3 for up to 23 hours. That gives it the longest battery lifetime of any rechargeable BTE audio processor.

We also have the tiny rechargeable battery Micro Pro, which lasts up to 12 hours on one charge.

How Big Is SONNET 3 With the New Batteries?

SONNET 3 with the new rechargeable battery Standard Pro is 53 mm long, making it around the same size as the standard battery pack cover (used with disposable batteries). This means it sits very neatly behind the ear.

If you’re looking for something smaller, there’s also the rechargeable battery Micro Pro, which is just 41.6 mm. It makes SONNET 3 our smallest audio processor to date and is perfect for little ears.

How Do I Charge It?

Charging is easier than ever before. Just take off the battery pack cover and the rechargeable batteries glide smoothly into the charging slots. There’s even a subtle click to let you know they’re in place. You don’t need to take off the processor to charge them, and there’s a handy spot to hold the coil in place.

Both the Standard Pro and Micro Pro rechargeable batteries take about three hours to fully charge.

The charging unit itself can be powered by any CE-marked USB-C charging cable, such as the one you use with your phone.

How Do I Use the New Batteries?

Do the New Batteries Work With SONNET 2?

Yes! Both the Standard Pro and Micro Pro batteries work with SONNET 2.

SONNET 2 with the Standard Pro has a battery runtime of up to 20 hours from one charge. With the Micro Pro, you can enjoy up to 11 hours from one charge.
